What if 2020 could possibly be the trailer to 2021?

The world is on the verge of destruction and people around the globe are worried about experiencing the circus of nature and dumb-struck with all that is happening around. Prior to the condition at the moment, everyone was hopeful about the end of the pandemic in not more than a month or two but the situation right now indicates otherwise. Conditions have been worsening in India and in a few other more nations too which has left the man to a mental state of worry. Apart from the pandemic and its effects, other deadly incidents of accidents, cyclones, earthquakes, locust plague, forest fire, an oil leak in the river, racist attacks, community violence, and a lot more have taken away the calm of everyone around. It has been quite a difficult phase for mankind to deal with while nature has consistently been throwing one after the other challenges to survive. The threat of life because of all uncertainties taking place around has changed the way of living and operation worldwide.

An altogether alike situation has been noticed after the easing down of the nationwide lockdown in India. A hike in the cases of transmission and infection at an unimaginable rate has left everyone with no other option but to crib and cry over the government’s decision to ease down the lockdown. There’s no hope as to when the people would be able to return back to their normal lifestyles and social gatherings and much more. Nobody including the medical professionals, scientists round the globe, and government authorities is able to predict the end of the pandemic and timespan due in the returning of normalcy everywhere. There is an unspoken fear and feeling of dreadfulness in everyone. As the situation worsens, we could even face a saturation level where people won’t even get access to basic medical assistance and there’ll be deaths all around and that too not just because of Coronavirus but also because of other medical ailments.

However, as a general human nature and the natural rule of nature, we are all bound to expect the end of an incident that has begun, for there’s an end to every beginning. But what if the end isn’t as close as we’re expecting it to be? What if 2020, a year of demolition, is just a trailer for the upcoming year of 2021 and not an entire story in itself? What if mankind is going to face innumerable and unimaginable danger in the upcoming year, of which 2020 could possibly just be a warning? And what if destruction in an even more quantum is waiting for, in 2021? What if 2020 is not even half of what 2021 could be? And what if 2021 is an apocalypse that we were expecting in 2012?

Hypothetically, we are left to believe the fact that nothing other than a miracle of nature can avoid the fatalities and unexpected destruction befalling on humankind at present and in coming times because of nature’s turned wheel. To a certain extent, the thought of 2021 being even more deadly can be brought into consideration by looking at the adversities at hand. The dangers constantly nudging human life and property have taken away the sleep and peace of many. However, if even for a split-second we totally give-in to the belief that 2020 is surely and certainly a warning to 2021’s play of fire, we must prepare ourselves for nature’s war and assemble our will to stand taller against the threat. Whatever the case may be, the upcoming time doesn’t seem to turn out to be a pleasant one for any of us.
