Living in the 21st century is not only great but also a result of evil fate.
Stating this, I might sound impolite and thankless, but when we logically think of it, maybe we could relate to this selfish statement.
The nastiest part of living in this century is pollution, the unwanted polluting substances. These are the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment, and they can also take the form of chemical substances or energy such as noise, heat, or light.
The fundamental causes of pollution are:
1) Home heating
2) Home cooking
3) Tobacco smoke
4) Forest fire
5) Combustion from industries
6) Volcano eruptions
7) Transportation emissions
8) Agricultural side effects
9) Poor disposal of waste
10) Blowing horn
11) Playing music on a high base
12) Throwing garbage in ponds and rivers.
The above and also such other stuff are the reasons for increasing pollution in the environment.
Pollution is not only of one or two types, in fact, but there are also many different types of pollution which can be classified as:
1) Air pollution
2) Water pollution
3) Soil pollution
4) Light pollution
5) Noise pollution
6) Radioactive pollution
7) Environmental pollution
The above seven types of pollution are different from one another, but all of them are harmful to the human, animal, and for the complete nature.
Significant effects of pollution on human can be considered as:
1) Respiratory problem - Breathing polluted air can put an individual at a higher risk for asthma and other respiratory diseases. Because of this, people suffer issues in their lungs and respiratory inflammation.
2) Heart attack - The risk of a heart attack also rises.
3) Coughing - An another issue that people face due to higher pollution in the environment.
4) Irritation in eyes, nose, and throat - Redness of eyes, sneezing, lousy throat have also been faced by the people living in a polluted area.
5) Headache, migraine, and sinusitis - Sometimes these problems are also observed because of pollution.
To solve the problem of pollution, we need to follow the following steps:
1) Use public transport
2) Recycle and reuse
3) Avoid burning crackers
4) Less use of AC and refrigerator
5) No use of plastic bags
6) Use filters for chimneys
7) Turn off the lights when not in use
8) Don't throw garbage on road, ponds, and river
9) Don't blow horn unnecessarily
10) Less use of technology
Not only these but following many such steps can together stop the increase in pollution, which is essential to have a healthy and long life.
Therefore, it can be concluded that any sort of pollution is not suitable for our nature, so we need to take steps to solve this issue of pollution.
" Pollution-free environment = Healthy and long life."
